Accessibility statement
Last reviewed: 7 October 2026.
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to learn about, buy and use Blackjack Lens. This statement covers the website at blackjacklens.com (and blackjacklens.com) and the Blackjack Lens Windows software.
Standard we aim for
We aim for the website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, the standard referenced by the European accessibility standard EN 301 549.
Current status
Website: largely conformant
- Pages were checked on 7 October 2026 with the axe-core automated accessibility checker against WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 A and AA rules, with no remaining issues reported.
- Pages use a single language declaration, headings in order, text alternatives for images and charts, keyboard-reachable controls and tables, and colours chosen for readable contrast on a dark background.
- Animations respect your system's "reduce motion" setting.
- Automated tools can't catch everything. We haven't yet completed a full manual audit with screen-reader users; if something doesn't work for you, please tell us.
Windows software: partially conformant
- Recommendations, hand odds and the card count are shown as plain text as well as with colour, so information doesn't rely on colour alone.
- Known limitation: the app uses a custom Windows interface that screen readers only partly support, and some panels can't yet be operated fully by keyboard. We're working on this.
Browser connector
The connector runs in the background. Its small pop-up window uses standard browser controls and status text that screen readers can read.
Feedback and alternative formats
If you hit an accessibility barrier on the site or in the software, or need information in another format, email [email protected] with "Accessibility" in the subject. Tell us the page or feature and what happened. We aim to reply within 10 working days.
If you're not satisfied with our reply, you can contact the Consumer Ombudsman of Greece (synigoroskatanaloti.gr).
Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 7 October 2026 from automated testing and a self-assessment by the Blackjack Lens team. We review it whenever the site or software changes significantly.
